Maggi Egg Diet: Week 3

Monday

Today all the fruits are at your disposal. You determine the number of meals and their volume. There are only two standard restrictions: do not eat after 6 pm and do not use prohibited items!

Tuesday

Today there are boiled vegetables and salads from them (naturally, without dressing).

Wednesday

Our Wednesdays are fruits and vegetables: salad dressings, boiled meals or fresh - you choose at will, you still avoid only dressings and forbidden products.

Thursday

As in the best traditions of childhood, Thursday is Fish Day. Accordingly, we eat fish, vegetable side dishes, lettuce and fresh cabbage.

Friday

You can relax a bit today. You have the right to buy a few slices of meat with vegetables (or eat a side dish from them).

Saturday and Sunday

Let's relax a little at the end of the week. On weekends, only one type of fruit is allowed, for which you can eat "from the stomach" and at any time.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 4

Important: the products listed below can be consumed without restriction at any time, but it is strictly forbidden to change the menu (remove or change ingredients)!

Monday

Monday is a difficult day. You are at home, so treat yourself to some meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits and toast.

Tuesday

Today, as in the previous day, we "spoil" our body a little. In general, the diet for today remains the same with one small exception: you can diversify your dessert by replacing the already familiar citrus fruits with a slice of melon, apple or pear.

Wednesday

Today we will enrich it a little with calcium and add 1 tablespoon to the already familiar boiled and fresh vegetables (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes). l. cheese or cottage cheese, as well as toast and of course our favorite citrus fruits.

Thursday

Although Thursday is "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 piece), cucumber (1 piece), tomato (3 pieces) and orange / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

Today the diet will be easy: lettuce leaves, a few boiled eggs, standard citrus fruits (of your choice) and a few fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

The day before the end. We begin to slowly prepare the body to complete the diet. Today you can afford a little boiled chicken breast, 125 gr. cottage cheese or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a few fresh cucumbers and a tomato in each.

Sunday

Well, the last day has come! Those who are able to "withstand" this unequal battle with their will and extra pounds can observe the dramatic changes in the figure. But don't relax too much! Try to control what and how much you eat in the future, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tbsp. l. cottage cheese with toast, a little boiled vegetables, citrus fruits, as well as a few cucumbers and a tomato.
